Cite a constitution in CSM format
The builder requires either an article or an amendment before it will render, and refuses rather than guessing when neither is supplied.
The CSM form
A constitutional citation names the constitution, then the article or amendment, then the section, each with the section symbol where used.
Governed by CSM §§2:1–2:3. Every field in the builder cites the section it follows.
